Players may not attempt to damage, hack, modify or decrypt any “Chibi Maruko Chan Cheerful Spirit” system, server or client data, and players are prohibited from using any  other programs or software that may affect the operation of the game. If a player violate  the rules, the company will terminate the game service contract and pursue legal  responsibility against the perpetrator.

Players who find bugs or other problems in the game should inform the official  personnel as soon as possible in writing. It is strictly forbidden to improperly accept  items that players obtained through the use of system anomalies (bugs) for profit.  Players are not allowed to use the abnormal program to do anything that may damage  the balance of the game or affect the rights of other players, and players are not  allowed to spread the news publicly or privately. During the suspension period, the player is requested to cooperate with the  customer service personnel to investigate the relevant abnormal account until the  user’s account data is corrected, or the player accepts the reset of all characters of  the account or similar acts into new characters. In case of violation, the company will  temporarily lock the account and cooperate with the handling process. In serious  cases, the company has the right to terminate the game service contract.

It is forbidden to exchange game accounts and items (including advertising) with real life cash or any valuable items in the game. In the case of trading of goods, fraud, account theft and other legal civil and criminal  liabilities in the game, the company may restrict the use of the player’s game account  and related services in accordance with the requirements of the judicial authorities,  which includes the temporary lockout of the account and the provision of game history  data.

After a player has been locked out by the system for violating the game contract, game  management guidelines or other regulations of the company, the player may call or  write to the customer service center within one month to request for a new inquiry. If  the player does not make any claim after a certain period of time, it will be regarded  as agreeing with the company’s judgment and handling, and GM will no longer reply  to such queries and will not keep the relevant records.

All products or services provided by the company, including but not limited to virtual  equipment and electromagnetic records, belong to the company or the relevant rights  holders. When a member has any abnormal behavior during the game, including but not limited  to: abnormal acquisition, obtaining or transfer of items, abnormal mission completion status, conversation content involving hacking, any illegal situation or any suspected  account theft situation, in order to maintain the game account security of the member  and other members, once the official personnel finds the aforementioned situation, the  game account will be placed under custody. If the account is under custody, the game  account holder will be requested to present proof that matches the account registration  information and actively contact the customer service personnel of Chibi Maruko

Chan- Cheerful Spirit. After confirming that the game account is in normal use and there  is no hacking or illegal use of the game account, the company will assist the member  to restore the use of the game account.

In the process of the game, if the player is found to receive or transfer game coins or  game items from abnormal sources, the company will temporarily freeze the account  in order to maintain account security and avoid illegal occurrences. The account holder  is requested to submit a request within 7 days of the lockout. If no request has been  received after the deadline, the company will deem the account to be in violation of  fair and reasonable game play and directly recover the illegal benefits. The company  has the right to terminate the game service contract in the event of major violations.

Description of Penalties:

Penalties shall be implemented as follows:

Lockout of game character: The character cannot login to the game during the penalty  period.

Lockout of game account: The account cannot login to the game during the penalty  period.

Termination of game contract: The account is terminated from all game services.

Using plug-ins, viruses, bugs in game programs, or other methods that violate the  normal settings of the game or fair and reasonable game play is considered a major  violation. In the event of violation, the company will notify the player in accordance  with the game service contract, the system will directly freeze the game character and  automatically release it after seven days. If there is no improvement after the warning  or serious violation of the game service user contract and game management rules  according to the official judgment, the system will directly freeze the right to use the  game character permanently.
